These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clean Pool Vegas website and any pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, or related services provided by Clean Pool Vegas ("we," "us," or "our").

By requesting service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

Scope of Services

Clean Pool Vegas provides residential and commercial pool services in the Las Vegas area, including but not limited to:

• Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
• Chemical balancing and water testing
• Equipment inspections and minor repairs
• Filter cleaning and system maintenance
• Green pool cleanups and specialty services

Specific services, pricing, and service frequency may be outlined in a written estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

Service Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the pool area during scheduled service times. This includes:

• Unlocked gates or entry points
• Secured pets
• Clear access to equipment and pool area

If access is not available at the time of service, a service fee may still apply.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Recurring services are performed on a scheduled route basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent service days, scheduling may change due to weather, holidays, or operational needs.

Cancellation of recurring service may require written notice. Final billing will reflect services already performed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Customers are responsible for any fees associated with declined payments or collection efforts.

Chemical Use and Water Conditions

Pool water conditions may vary based on environmental factors, equipment condition, weather, and bather load. While we use professional methods and industry-standard chemicals, we do not guarantee water clarity or chemical stability in cases involving:

• Equipment malfunction
• Undisclosed leaks or plumbing issues
• Excessive debris, algae, or contamination
• Unauthorized chemical additions by others

Repairs and Equipment

Recommendations for repairs are based on visible inspection. Clean Pool Vegas is not responsible for pre-existing equipment defects or hidden structural issues.

Major repairs or equipment replacements will require customer approval prior to work being performed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Pool Vegas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered during the month in which the claim arose.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean Pool Vegas from claims arising from unsafe property conditions, undisclosed hazards, or misuse of services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
